The term "Services" refers to any services offered by Quicksand Design Studio Private Ltd. whether on its network platform being CORE Net or otherwise. The term "Policy" refers to this Privacy Policy.

We collect information only through forms required to be filled by members of the CORE Net platform. CORE Net posts research outputs/conclusions/results arrived at or produced individually or collectively on the issue of pandemic of COVID-19 by the members of CORE Net, for which prior permission is duly sought by CORE Net from the contributing members before posting any information. We also post names of our member research organisations on CORE Net website.

Purpose, Usage and Preference Information:
In the course of running our CORE Net Platform, we collect the following information from our members, which are as follows: details of research project, geographical location, geographical location of the research/study conducted, type of research study, key research questions/issues, domain areas, milestones of study, methodology of study, data collection method, stakeholders involved, collaborators/partners, anticipated audience/users of the research study, funders, information/links linked to research study, approach to ethics/review, protection of research participants/information collectors, intention of sharing the research study with other researchers.
In terms of usage, CORE Net posts information pertaining to research outputs/conclusions/results arrived at or produced individually or collectively by the members (i.e. research organisations) of CORE Net on the issue of global pandemic of COVID-19, for which prior permission is duly sought by CORE Net from the contributing members before posting any information.

Stored information:
CORE Net stores and makes itself accessible the information provided by its members by filling in the forms. In particular, CORE Net collects research metadata through its form from research organizations, which include: Research Topic/Project/Study, Research Geographies, Research Methodology, Research Stakeholders, Approach to ethics of research, any documents that members of CORE Net would want The information/data for the purposes of research contributed by members of CORE Net shall be stored in our archives and data will protected as per this policy.

Demographic information:
CORE Net in running its website platform also uses analytics and therefore, stores information of visitors of its website and also the web pages that may have been accessed at the time of and at the time of leaving the CORE Net website. CORE Net will also be able to access the Demographic details of its visitors and members through the use Analytics and in so doing, CORE Net may collect information about your IP address and the browser you're using.
